PhD Diet Whey Lean Protein Powder is a vanilla crème flavoured protein powder supplied in a 2kg resealable bag. Each 32g serving provides 20g of protein and 124 calories, making it a convenient way to add protein to a varied, balanced diet.
The formula combines whey protein concentrate, soya protein isolate and milk protein concentrate with flaxseed powder, conjugated linoleic acid powder, acetyl L-carnitine and green tea extract. It is suitable for vegetarians and can be prepared by mixing one scoop with 200ml of ice-cold water.

Add 1 scoop of powder (32g) to 200ml of ice-cold water and shake or blend for 10 seconds. Consume once daily in accordance with the product directions. Follow the instructions provided on the packaging.
