5–9 lbs (2.3–4.1 kg): 1.0 mL
10–19 lbs (4.5–8.6 kg): 1.25 mL

10–14 lbs (4.5–6.4 kg): 0.75 mL
15–19 lbs (6.8–8.6 kg): 1.0 mL
