Listerine Total Care Extra Mild Taste Alcohol Free Mouthwash is a 500ml oral rinse with an extra-mild mint flavour and dye-free formula. It contains sodium fluoride, zinc chloride and selected essential oils.
The mouthwash is designed to complement regular brushing and can be used twice daily as part of an everyday oral care routine. The 30-second rinse format provides a convenient addition to brushing.

Use twice daily after brushing. Swish around the mouth for 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow.
